Lip Power - Powder your lips before applying lipstick or liner! Line the lips, then fill in with lipstick (brush only). Take a tissue and blot gently, powder, and apply again. Works great!! By blotting and powdering you are actually removing the excess wax in the lipstick that causes it to bleed. When finished, why not give yourself a pout and apply a dab of gloss smack in the center of your bottom lip! VOILA!
